BRC Training Plans


BRC training plans are customized 12, 16, or 20 week plans created by our coaches. They are not AI-generated or built from an algorithm. Instead, they are designed by HI (human intelligence) in order to carefully take into account your specific health history, scheduling restrictions and requests, and personal preferences. Given this please allow 2-3 business days to receive your program.

Running-specific strength exercises that can be done at home or at the gym.

At any point during your plan you can add-on the below BRC services to compliment your training!

Program Adjustment

A BRC coach will review your training plan and adjust the plan according to the information you provide.

Call with Coach

A 30 minute call with a BRC coach to talk about your training, plans and strategy for a race, etc.

Remote Gait Analysis

Send in a video of your running form and our lead biomechanist will review and offer any pertinent corrective actions.

In-person Gait Analysis

Come to our BRC Gait Lab in Charlestown, MA for a 75 minute full gait analysis, complete with weekly communications and a 40 min follow-up retest.

Coaching Session

Meet with a BRC Coach to work on mechanics, injury prevention, establishing a strength program, or pace and exertion work.
